Product Details Add an extra safety measure to your downrigger setup when trolling for salmon, trout, walleye, and other game fish with Amish Outfitters Downrigger Snubbers. These snubbers connect between the terminal end of the downrigger cable and the downrigger ball, helping provide a flexible connection between the cable and weight during trolling and retrieval. Durable tubing surrounds a strong 500-pound Spectra cord, giving the snubber the strength needed for demanding downrigging applications. Adding a snubber to the connection can help protect the downrigger system and provide additional security when working with heavy trolling weights.
